Terms & Conditions
By booking with Kyanne Stennett Massage Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking & Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following the session, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept credit card, e-transfer and direct billing

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
-
24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
-
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the session cost, at the therapist’s discretion.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
-
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness — please communicate as early as possible.

Late Policy

As a mobile RMT, I kindly ask that you allow a 10-minute grace period for my arrival, as travel times can occasionally vary. Rest assured, you will still receive the full duration of the treatment you booked.

Health & Safety
-
Please disclose all relevant health conditions during your intake or prior to your session.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose or treat illness.
-
The therapist reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if a client presents a contraindicated condition or behaves inappropriately.

If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have tested positive for COVID-19 or another communicable condition, please reschedule your appointment.

Mobile Services
-
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and private space for the massage session (minimum 6x8 feet for table massage).

The therapist brings all necessary equipment including massage table or chair, linens, and sanitizing supplies.
-
For in-home services, pets should be kept out of the massage area during the session.
-
For corporate bookings, an appropriate space must be made available (e.g., private room, quiet break area).

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information and update the therapist of any changes to your medical history.

You will behave respectfully and understand that any inappropriate conduct (verbal or physical) will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.

You understand that massage therapy involves physical touch and that draping will be used appropriately at all times for privacy and comfort.

Liability Disclaimer

While massage therapy is generally safe, you acknowledge there may be physical responses to treatment (e.g., soreness, fatigue) and agree not to hold the therapist liable for reactions arising from appropriate care.

The therapist is insured and licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and adheres to professional standards as set by the CMTO

Insurance Receipts

Receipts will be issued upon request and are valid for submission to extended health insurance providers if applicable.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their insurance provider in advance.

Privacy

All client information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulatory guidelines.

Information will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.
