We offer a range of treatments including deep tissue, relaxation, sports, as well as prenatal and postnatal massage. Sessions are available in 30-, 45-, 60- and 75-minute durations, with every treatment tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Chair Massage
In-office chair massage therapy is a convenient, effective way to bring wellness directly into the workplace. It is designed to reduce tension, relieve discomfort, and help employees reset both physically and mentally; it focuses on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands — the areas most affected by desk work and daily stress.
It’s a great way to support employee well-being, morale, and overall workplace performance.
We offer 2-6 hour bookings with 30 minute treatment sessions.
